We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video & Photo Editor to join our growing production team and bring our clients' stories to life across social media.

The Role

As our in-house Editor, you'll transform raw footage and imagery into high-impact, visually engaging content. From short, scroll-stopping social reels to longer website and YouTube edits, you'll create assets that capture attention and elevate brand presence.

You'll work closely with our videographers, designers, and account managers to bring each brand's story to life through visuals that are both aesthetically striking and strategically aligned. This role requires someone who can think creatively, work efficiently under tight deadlines, and has a strong understanding of what performs across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, ads) for social media platforms Edit long-form videos for websites, YouTube, and extended social content Retouch and optimise photo content for use across digital channels Add sound design, transitions, captions, animations, and effects that align with each client's tone and aesthetic Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to ensure brand consistency Manage multiple projects and deliver within fast-paced timelines Stay current with editing trends, social media formats, and content best practices

Requirements

Based in Dubai and available for a full-time role Proven experience in both short-form and long-form editing (agency or brand background preferred) Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or Final Cut Pro Creative mindset with a strong eye for composition, pacing, and visual storytelling Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills Familiarity with AI-based editing tools (advantageous)
