Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Video Editing & Assembly

Edit raw footage into polished final versions using software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Trim, cut, rearrange, and combine clips to match the desired narrative or structure.

Add transitions, titles, graphics, and subtitles.

2. Audio Integration & Syncing

Sync dialogue, sound effects, and background music with visuals.

Clean and enhance audio quality using tools like Adobe Audition or Audacity.

3. Color Correction & Grading

Adjust lighting, color balance, and tones to create a consistent visual style.

Apply color grading for mood enhancement or brand consistency.

4. Motion Graphics & Effects (Optional/Advanced)

Create or integrate motion graphics, animations, and basic visual effects using After Effects or similar.

Insert visual transitions or stylized text overlays.

5. Collaborating with Creative Teams

Work closely with directors, producers, scriptwriters, and clients to understand project goals and vision.

Implement feedback and revisions promptly.

6. File Management & Exports

Organize and maintain project files, source footage, and backups.

Export final videos in various formats and resolutions suitable for platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TV, etc.).

7. Keeping Up With Trends & Tools

Stay updated with video trends (e.g., reels, cinematic edits, jump cuts).

Learn new editing tools and plugins to enhance workflow.
