Key Responsibilities:

Edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads


Cut raw footage into polished, on-brand videos with strong visual storytelling

Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, and sound effects

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams on briefs and creative direction

Optimize videos for different platforms and audiences

Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual style across all edits
Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Based in Dubai, Latin America, or Turkey with strong internet connectivity


2+ years of video editing experience (freelance or agency)

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools

Strong portfolio showing work across social media formats

Excellent attention to detail, timing, and pacing
Ability to work with brand guidelines and adapt creatively Experience editing for home/lifestyle, DTC brands, or e-commerce

Experience in creating educational/informational content

Understanding of performance-based content (i.e., for ads or conversions) An understanding of storytelling and creating a narrative through video

Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation

Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Canva, or CapCut Knowledge of generative AI tools like Synthesia, HeyGen, Capsule, Veo3, Sora2 are a plus

The pay range for this role is:

5 - 6 USD per hour(Remote)
