Job Description

About the Role:


We're looking for a

highly skilled and creative Motion Designer & Video Editor

who can turn raw footage into captivating visual stories. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in

real estate content creation

, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to integrate

SFX, VFX, AI tools, and color grading

to produce scroll-stopping videos.

Responsibilities:



Edit and produce engaging real estate and social media videos. Design smooth

motion graphics

and apply

visual effects (VFX)

creatively. Use

sound effects (SFX)

and background music to enhance storytelling. Apply

color grading

to achieve cinematic quality. Utilize

AI tools

to improve workflow and creativity. Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

motion design, video editing, and visual effects

. Strong portfolio showcasing

real estate or branded content

. Proficiency in

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry tools

. Knowledge of

AI-powered tools

for video editing and enhancement. Strong sense of rhythm, storytelling, and visual composition.

Compensation:


Paid per video

-- rate based on project complexity and quality.
