Content Strategy
: Tailor videos for social media trends (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.), applying best practices, trends, inhouse domestic and international hashtags, and audience engagement techniques.
Project Management
: Organize project files, maintain media libraries, and deliver optimized content across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), managing large volumes efficiently.
Tools
: Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (including color grading).
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in video editing and content production.
Strong creative portfolio showcasing video editing and digital content creation.
Real estate experience is mandatory; marketing or creative industry background is a plus.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality, engaging content.
