This role is about a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to join the NIP team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for storytelling and aesthetics, be proficient in video editing software, and be prepared to shoot video content in urgent or emergency situations as well, when required by the business. This role is for a talented individual who can create visual storytelling and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on prospective clients through calls, meetings, and networking. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, offering guidance and expertise. Present properties to potential buyers or tenants, highlighting their features and investment potential. Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and updated information about current offerings. Negotiate offers and finalize deals in alignment with legal and company standards. Assist admin to prepare necessary paperwork (Form's, contracts, tenancy agreements, etc.). Maintain and update listings on CRM and real estate portals. Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service. Stay updated with market trends, prices, and legal regulations in Dubai real estate. Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal consultants to support transactions. Edit high-quality video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Reels, etc.). Use Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva effectively to create professional and engaging content. Be available and capable of shooting videos on-site during urgent or emergency situations for any kind of shoots or events. Organize and manage media assets for quick retrieval and reuse. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and target audiences. Ensure final outputs meet brand guidelines and are optimized for the intended platform.
Requirements
High School candidate with a proven experience in video editing (portfolio required) of at least 5 years, of which 2 years in UAE with a Real Estate company. Prior experience in content creation, social media, or marketing, having familiarity with colour grading and basic audio editing. Basic knowledge of lighting and framing for shoots. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva. Ability to handle camera work and shoot on short notice. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure within tight deadlines. Flexibility to work during non-standard hours when required.
