Job Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and skilled Video Editor cum Videographer to manage both the filming and post-production editing of video content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, social media, and other content needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across all aspects of video production.
Key Responsibilities:
Videography:
Capture high-quality video content for various corporate events, promotional videos, product shoots, and social media.
Operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment during shoots.
Set up and arrange shots, working with the creative team to capture the right visuals.
Ensure all footage is captured in line with project goals and company standards.
Video Editing:
Edit raw footage into polished final videos, ensuring they are engaging and in line with the project's objectives.
Add sound, effects, music, transitions, and graphics to enhance video content.
Perform color grading, audio mixing, and ensure the final product meets high standards of quality.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure videos align with brand identity and messaging.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Post-Production Management:
Organize and manage video files and assets for easy retrieval and future use.
Review and incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure videos are formatted and optimized for different platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing both shooting and editing skills.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Strong knowledge of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting setups, and sound.
Creative vision with a keen eye for detail and strong storytelling abilities.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
Familiarity with social media video content formats and trends.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
A degree or certification in film, video production, or a related field is preferred.
