JOB DESCRIPTION:




Editing and assembling recorded video footage

to create compelling content that aligns with the organization's messaging and strategic objectives.

Enhancing audio and visual quality

by adjusting sound levels, color grading, and incorporating visual elements such as logos, titles, subtitles, graphics, and effects to ensure a polished final product.

Preparing and formatting final video outputs

for distribution across multiple platforms, including digital channels (social media, websites, internal platforms) and broadcast (TV and media outlets), ensuring technical compatibility and high-quality standards.





Qualifications

Educational Background




Bachelor's degree in

Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Visual Arts

, or a related field.

Professional Experience




Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

in video editing, post-production, and multimedia content creation. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality video content for

digital platforms, social media, and broadcast (TV)

Technical Skills




Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as:

Adobe Premiere Pro

Final Cut Pro

DaVinci Resolve

Adobe After Effects

(for motion graphics and effects)

or other tools for sound editing
Strong understanding of

video formats, codecs, compression standards
