Job Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team.

This role requires someone who can conceptualize, design, and execute visually compelling graphics and high-quality video content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is versatile, organized, and skilled in bringing ideas to life through both static and motion visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, ads, campaigns, and internal use. Assemble raw footage, apply transitions, sound mixing, colour grading, and motion graphics. Create reels, TikTok, product videos, corporate videos, and promotional edits. Add subtitles, text animations, lower-thirds, and brand elements as needed. Optimize videos for various platforms and aspect ratios.

Graphic Design

Create digital and print designs including social media graphics, banners, presentations, infographics, posters, and brand assets. Develop visual concepts based on brand guidelines. Design marketing materials, campaign visuals, and promotional assets. Collaborate with the marketing/content team to ensure all designs support messaging and brand identity. Prepare final files for delivery across web and print.

Technical Skills Required

Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or similar software like Final Cut, CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

(Mandatory)

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or equivalent design tools). Understanding of design principles: layout, typography, colour theory. Strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing. Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Familiarity with social-media-first content formats.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer (portfolio required). Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and high attention to detail. Ability to adapt to different visual styles depending on the brand. Experience in photography, illustration, or content creation is a plus.
