About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our growing team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in social media video editing, motion graphics, and AI-powered video editing tools. You will play a key role in producing engaging, high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. Utilize AI video editing tools to optimize workflows, create innovative edits, and experiment with new formats. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging content concepts. Ensure all content is on-brand, visually compelling, and aligned with campaign goals. Maintain a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Video Editor (minimum 3-5 years). Strong portfolio showcasing social media video edits, motion graphics, and creative storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and other industry-standard tools. Hands-on experience with AI video editing platforms (Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, etc.). Excellent understanding of social media trends and formats. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language is a strong advantage). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and 2D/3D animation. Creativity in developing engaging social-first content. Familiarity with the UAE market and cultural nuances is a plus.
