Job Description

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient

Video Editor

to manage the full post-production lifecycle for various projects, from marketing content to long-form storytelling. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for visual detail, a strong sense of pacing, and expertise in industry-standard editing software.

Key Responsibilities:

Post-Production Execution:

Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, cohesive final products that meet all creative briefs and quality standards.

Technical Mastery:

Perform precise cuts, transitions, color correction, color grading, and audio mixing/sweetening to ensure consistency and quality.

Visual Enhancement:

Integrate graphics, motion graphics, titles, and special effects (VFX) to enhance the visual appeal and clarity of the content.

Collaboration:

Work closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to understand the narrative vision and incorporate feedback efficiently and effectively.

Asset Management:

Organize and maintain all project files, media assets, and archival footage in a clean, professional, and accessible manner.

Optimization:

Export final videos in various formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios tailored for platforms like YouTube, social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok), and web.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of completed work. Expert proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g.,

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve

). Solid understanding of storytelling, visual composition, pacing, and continuity. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
