Key Responsibilities - Video Editing, Post-Production, Cross-Channel Content

Video Assembly & Refinement:

Edit video content for digital, social, advertising, and in-store screens--ensuring seamless storytelling, brand alignment, and high impact.

Multichannel Content Adaptation:

Cut, re-size, and localize raw footage into polished videos while following creative briefs tailored to web, app, social platforms, and in-store displays.

Brand Visual Consistency:

Maintain adherence to brand style guides, ensuring every edit reflects Nice one and partner brand visual identities.

Sound & Visual Enhancement:

Incorporate sound design, color grading, motion graphics, captions, and transitions to elevate audience engagement.

Collaboration & Planning:

Work closely with copywriters, marketers, designers, and product teams to plan edits, optimize workflows, and deliver completed videos to deadlines.

Asset Management:

Organize digital assets, manage media libraries effectively, and consistently update project files for accessibility and version control.

Performance Optimization:

Adapt video content based on analytics and feedback, continuously iterating to improve storytelling and campaign outcomes.

Creative Solutions:

Troubleshoot technical challenges and suggest new approaches for more impactful content delivery across various digital and offline channels.

Skills and Qualifications - Video Editing Software, Storytelling, Digital Content

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Visual Arts, Communications, or a similar discipline. Certificates in video editing or digital media are considered a plus.

Professional Experience:

At least3 years' experience editing digital and branded video content, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types (ads, social, promo, long-form, in-store).

Technical Proficiency:

Fluent in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Creative Storytelling:

Demonstrated strength in visual storytelling, pacing, and emotional impact through video edits tailored for different channels.

Detail-Oriented Approach:

Ability to execute each project to the highest standards, ensuring smooth audio, clean cuts, correct formatting, and outstanding visuals.

Feedback & Adaptability:

Comfortable receiving notes from multiple stakeholders and creatively adjusting to varied requirements.

Time & Project Management:

Skilled at managing priorities, juggling numerous projects, and delivering high-quality videos on schedule.
