Role Overview

We are seeking a

Video Editing & Graphic Design Trainer

with strong

hands-on industry experience

and the ability to deliver

structured, practical training

to:

Individual learners (beginners to advanced) Corporate clients (marketing teams, media teams, business professionals)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

in-person and/or online training

in video editing and graphic design Teach

beginner to advanced

level courses Customize content for

corporate training programs

Prepare lesson plans, projects, and practical assignments Guide learners using

real-world workflows and case studies

Assess learner progress and provide professional feedback Support DG in curriculum development and course updates

Flexible and based on mutual agreement

Employment Type:

Full-time Part-time Project-based
The final working arrangement, schedule, and compensation structure will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview.

Compensation & Engagement Terms

Compensation:

Percentage-based per training batch and/or project,

or

Fixed fee per batch or project, with or without performance-based commission

Engagement Type:

Full-time (as per UAE Labour Law) Part-time or project-based (service / freelance agreement)

Payment terms, scope of work, and duration

will be

defined in a written agreement

and

finalized during the interview and onboarding

, in line with UAE regulations.

Compensation will be based on:

Trainer's experience and expertise Engagement type Number of training hours, batches, or projects Corporate or individual training scope
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
