who can shoot, edit, and produce visually stunning and highly engaging videos that align with our brand and excite our audience. This includes capturing on-location content (dhow cruises, desert tours, events), creating promotional reels, behind-the-scenes clips, and social media-friendly videos.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot high-quality video content during tours, events, and experiences.
Plan and storyboard video ideas based on current campaigns and marketing goals.
Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, YouTube, website, and ads.
Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
Add transitions, music, text, color grading, effects, and voice-overs when needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars.
Stay updated with video trends, viral formats, and tourism content strategies.
Manage video equipment and organize backups of all footage.
Optimize videos for multiple platforms and aspect ratios (horizontal/vertical).
Ensure brand consistency in all visuals and tone.
Requirements
Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, and audience engagement.
Ability to shoot with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, gimbals, and mobile gear.
Experience with color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.
Must be highly creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Excellent time-management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
Flexibility to travel locally and work on weekends or holidays for event shoots.
Familiarity with the tourism industry is a big plus.
