We provide innovative marketing solutions, including engaging video content, to showcase the best real estate options in the region. We're looking to hire a dynamic and charismatic Video Anchor to join our growing team and create compelling video content for our real estate listings.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Anchor Video Content: Present and narrate property details, features, and investment opportunities in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.

- Video Production: Work with the production team to ensure smooth shooting and editing processes for real estate video content.

- Location Visits: Visit property sites and show the features of properties via video to enhance client engagement.

- Engage Audience: Present properties with a focus on high-quality storytelling, showcasing property features in a visually compelling way.

- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Ensure that all videos align with the company's branding and marketing strategies.

- Promote Real Estate Listings: Create promotional videos and walkthroughs for luxury villas, apartments, off-plan projects, and more.

- Client Interaction: Occasionally conduct interviews with clients, architects, or developers for property features or testimonial videos.

Requirements:

- Proven Experience: At least 1 years of experience as a video anchor, TV host, or on-camera talent, preferably in real estate or a related field.

- Strong Presentation Skills: Ability to present complex information in a simple, engaging, and confident manner.

- Charismatic & Professional: Energetic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluent in English: Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

- Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate terms and the Dubai property market is a significant advantage.

- Camera-Ready Appearance: Must be comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

- Flexible Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings for property shoots and special events.

- Ability to Travel: Occasional travel to various properties across Dubai for on-site filming.
