Role Overview
You will be Vice Principal of the whole school, responsible for Academics and Student Affairs.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the principal in all aspects of school management, with a primary focus on academic programs and student affairs.
• Leadership in developing, implementing, and evaluating the school's curriculum and instructional strategies, ensuring they align with American standards and best practices.
• Oversee the school's assessment program, analyzing student performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school environment that promotes student participation and enjoyment.
• Collaborate with and manage colleagues to ensure student success.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• A passionate and dedicated leader with a strong commitment to fostering a love of learning.
• A professional who can effectively manage staff and students, ensuring the safety and well-being of all.
• A person who is sensitive to local customs and faith, and who can adapt to an ESL setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in education or a relevant subject, with a relevant teaching qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience, including previous leadership experience.

• Salary Range: 20,000 AED to 25,000 AED per month tax-free, depending on qualifications and experience
