We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Vice Principal

to join our leadership team at a British Curriculum school in Abu Dhabi. The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to drive academic excellence, ensure regulatory compliance with

ADEK

, support staff development, and maintain a safe and inclusive school environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in British education and proven leadership experience across EYFS to Grade 12.

Key Responsibilities (Summary):

Curriculum & Academics:

Support the delivery of the British Curriculum from EYFS to Grade 12, ensuring high academic standards and effective assessment practices.

Staff Leadership:

Assist in staff recruitment, training, and evaluation. Promote professional development and maintain high teaching standards.

Student Welfare:

Oversee student discipline, well-being, inclusion, and safeguarding in line with ADEK requirements.

School Operations:

Manage daily school functions and support the Principal in ensuring compliance with ADEK policies and inspection readiness.

Parent & Community Relations:

Maintain open communication with parents and represent the school at events and meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree in Educational Leadership preferred). UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching certification. Minimum 5-7 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in a British Curriculum school. Strong understanding of ADEK regulatory frameworks, inspections, and compliance. Experience across EYFS to Key Stage 5 (Grade 12) preferred.
