Responsibilities: Role Seeking a self-driven, strategic-minded, and results oriented VP Strategic Initiatives North America, to work closely with the CGO to support the execution of GPUaaS strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with vendors, marketing, finance, engineering and operations, developing and implementing the business strategy, the processes and tools that measurably enhance the GPUaaS overall business performance. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the company's GPUaaS expansion initiatives, including market analysis, opportunity identification, and go-to-market strategies.
Manage all contracting with suppliers and partners and ensure proper cost optimization to drive Cores profitability in the GPUaaS business.
You will provide a costing approach to each project in terms of resources
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, industry leaders, and influencers, to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
Responsible for assisting the account managers and sales teams to meet customers and shape the product offering, etc.
Lead the identification and assessment of new GPUaaS business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, acquisitions, and other growth avenues.
Responsible for training and assisting the commercial teams.
You will be involved in account planning quarterly, and should have a relatively clear engagement plan with associated goals/KPIs
The role will mean you need to be an expert in our internal products and our product strategy.
You will be expected to be aware of developments in the field and be capable at any time of describing the future with potential clients.
Other Responsibilities
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, international standards and related Core42 Policies and Procedures.
Comply with Core42 Acceptable Use Policy, attend mandatory information security, privacy, business continuity and HSE trainings.
Report information security, HSE etc. incidents or suspect incidents through Core42 established incident reporting channels.
Maintain confidentiality of information and classify and handle information ad per Core42 Policies and Procedures
Qualifications: Required skills and qualifications.
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, machine learning or a related field. Advanced degrees like an MBA can be beneficial but not always required
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience within the tech industry.
10 or more years of selling experience in HPC (High-Performance Computing) solution, Data Enablement, AI, Cognitive Services)
In-depth understanding of the AI and HPC industry and market in which the product operates.
Relevant certifications in operations, project management, or CRM systems
10+ years of proven experience in operations, business analysis, or related roles.
Excellent knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools
Proficiency in using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Preferred skills and qualifications
Strong understanding of AI and HPC technologies, including hardware (like GPUs, CPUs, and networking) and software (like machine learning frameworks, parallel computing, and data management solutions).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
