Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is seeking a highly skilled UAE National Vice President - SME Banking to develop, manage, and expand both the asset and liability portfolios of small and medium enterprise clients. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, and ensuring the overall health and compliance of the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit, financial products, and risk management, combined with proven success in portfolio expansion and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) reduction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow SME assets and liabilities portfolios, including deposits, loans, and investment products.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing target sectors and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with product, credit, and risk teams to structure tailored financial solutions that align with client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing client portfolio through effective relationship management, renewals, and cross-selling of banking products.
  • Continuously monitor account performance, identify early warning signals, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) by monitoring delinquency, negotiating recovery plans, and coordinating with legal and credit teams.
  • Ensure all client documentation, including KYC, EDD, and financial statements, meets internal and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Adhere to internal credit policies and maintain accurate customer and facility records.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for SME clients by understanding their financial requirements and providing timely support.
  • Drive customer retention through proactive relationship building and service excellence.

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of banking experience with a focus on SME or Relationship Management.
  • Deep understanding of credit analysis, risk management, and financial product structuring.
  • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet growth and profitability targets.
