We have been retained by our client to identify an experienced Vice President & Profit Center Head for their General Insurance division with a proven record of accomplishment in the UAE market.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with existing client and insurance company relationships.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the General Insurance division to achieve profitable growth.
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
