INDUSTRY: Manpower Outsourcing / HR Tech Solutions / Outsourcing Sales
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years in enterprise sales leadership
Strong background in manpower outsourcing/HR solutions
Proven track record of revenue growth
Excellent relationship management skills
Deep understanding of UAE corporate market
MBA or equivalent preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute enterprise sales strategy across UAE
Build strategic partnerships with large corporations
Lead and mentor high-performing sales teams
Drive revenue growth in outsourcing solutions
Manage key client relationships and new business development
