Our long-term client is a global logistics & freight specialist, they seek a highly skilled & experienced Vice President - Contract Logistics based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the comprehensive strategy for contract logistics, encompassing planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Continuously monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of contract logistics operations.
Provide valuable insights and analysis on contract logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing future initiatives.
Lead the implementation of best practices and process optimization strategies to drive operational excellence throughout the contract logistics function.
Display exceptional leadership skills, effectively managing teams, inspiring them to achieve excellence, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of contract logistics activities.

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation of knowledge in the discipline.
Solid command of logistics management software and systems, leveraging them effectively to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of all aspects of contract logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and distribution.
Exhibit strong business acumen, displaying a keen understanding of the industry landscape and the ability to make strategic decisions that align with organizational objectives.
Demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize contract logistics operations.
