Job Description
Abu Dhabi - UAE.: Our international Agricultural client requires an experienced and fast-paced individual with the necessary skill set to join the team soonest.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Agricultural Degree and or Business Degree
- Min of 15 years previous experience in related field
- Proven experience in the following:
- Production of Fresh fruit and vegetables
- Forages production (Alfalfa, Rhodes) coffee, mangroves
- Experience in growing fresh produce in green houses / net houses and or tunnels of produce such as tomatoes cucumber, sweet corn, bell peppers, capsicum, carrots, onion, melons, potato and berries (blueberry strawberry, raspberry etc)
- Strong experience in soil science
- Proven hydroponics experience and background
- Proven experience managing a multi-site farm
- Proven experience managing multi-cultural work force
- Previous experience with a work force that exceeds 700 +
- Strong and proven financial acumen experience, including budgets and crop planning and IPM and strong in P&L
- Ownership mentality
- Valid passport
- Valid drivers license
