VICE Field Service Representative, Kuwait**

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Representative at Parsons your role will be essential to the operations and training of Parsons developed computing systems (VICE). **What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Create and deliver training materials, product testing, customer support, and troubleshooting on-site software and network connections

+ Work on-site with clients to provide user training and technical support

+ Collect client feedback and clearly articulate recommendations for product development to project support staff

+ Craft and implement processes to reduce friction, enabling supported clients to employ their resources and our products most effectively

+ Provide coordination and communication between the on-site client and other stakeholders

+ Collect and track product enhancements and new feature requests from the user base

+ Identify possible areas of expansion and outreach within the customer base

+ Work with technical SMEs to troubleshoot systems

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Bachelor's degree; will consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree

+ Experience in a customer facing technical engineering support role or similar

+ Experience creating and delivering technical training to a large audience

+ Communicating technical issues to non-technical people, and vice versa

+ Ability to learn new skills and technologies to deliver the most effective solutions

+ Meticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics

+ Strong organization skills with an ability to adapt, navigate complexity, and multitask in a rapidly changing environment with little oversight

+ Extraordinary communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

+ Must have the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. DoD Top Secret Clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship)
