Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and other procedures.
Handle and restrain animals safely for exams and treatment.
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed.
Collect and process lab samples (blood, urine, feces) for testing.
Monitor anesthesia and vital signs during surgical procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
Educate clients on animal care, nutrition, medications, and post-operative instructions.
Perform dental cleanings and basic animal grooming.
Clean and sterilize instruments, exam rooms, and surgical suites.
Manage inventory of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
Provide compassionate care and comfort to hospitalized animals.
