Sofa Vet Care Clinic is a leading veterinary practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care for pets. We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our clinic.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Overseeing the daily operation of the clinic; ensuring smooth workflow and high-standard service. Managing clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Ensuring that the clinic maintains an adequate inventory of medical supplies, medication, and equipment. Assisting in managing the clinic's budget and expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency in operations. Maintaining clinic satisfaction through excellent customer service and effective communication. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health regulations and veterinary practices. Implementing operational strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient care. Collaborating with the veterinary & front desk team to enhance clinic performance and quality service. Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve the company's objectives.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent; or three to four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in veterinary clinic management or related healthcare management. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic understanding of veterinary medicine or willingness to learn. Proficiency in practice management software and MS Office.
