Job Role:

Job Requirements:
- Seagoing experience with at least 2 + years Onshore experience and should be a Chief Engineer or 2nd Engineer as a Vessel Performance Analyst or Manager.
- Bachelor\'s degree preferably in Mechanical/Marine Engineering, with a strong understanding of ship\'s on-board operations.
- Sea-going experience is preferred- CE/ 2E.
- Candidates with specialization in the Marine Engines field with relevant experience in Wartsila Engines/MAN Engines and Waste Heat Recovery systems will have an added advantage.
- Self-Motivated, Energetic Individual with a strong Analytical mindset.
- Should possess good communication skills and can work efficiently with multicultural teams. Additionally, you have enhanced problem-solving skills and an interest in tackling challenges with innovative solutions and maximizing the use of resources available.
- Should be able to enjoy working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
- Should be able to influence/lead discussions with stakeholders in achieving results.
