We are currently recruiting for a Verifier Retails Operations for the trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.
1. MIS
- This role will generate operational dashboards and reports for all activities under asset operations, to provide all required data for analysis and monitoring.
- Prepare vendor invoices.
- Portfolio reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports.
- Accountable for performing disbursal, maintenance, completeness of property & mortgage registration in land departments, mortgage contract, disbursal & maintenance of Asset products, handling of security documents within Asset product operations function in Retail Operations by ensuring that all disbursal & maintenance related functions are carried out with maximum efficiency, security and control in order to safeguard the financial interests of the Bank and deliver quality service to both internal and external customers in accordance with established procedures and agreed service standards.
4. Transfer and Mortgage Registration Files for Secondary Market, Primary Market, Buyout Cases, Refinance and Equity Cases.
5. Knowledge in Both Islamic and Conventional Products.And also experienced in Handling Branch Queries.
6. Document Checking of Auto Loans, Personal Loans.
