Description: A Veneer Pressing machine operator is a position in the manufacturing process that oversees pressing operations for veneers. They are responsible for ensuring that products meet all quality and production requirements, as well as keeping an eye on budgets to ensure efficient use of resources. Responsibilities: 1. Experience as a Veneer Pressing Machine Operator is required. 2. Must be able to read and understand technical drawings of pressing equipment and layout plans for presses. 3. Must have good communication, organizational, problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams of workers in order to execute press jobs correctly and on time. 4. Have experience with safety procedures at woodworking facilities. 5. Be knowledgeable about various types of veneers. Skills and Abilities: 1. Demonstrates excellent technical skills in the use of a Veneer Press. 2. Possesses strong problem-solving abilities and is able to identify and resolve pressing issues quickly. 3. Highly organized and efficient, capable of keeping multiple tasks moving simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. 4. Excellent communication skills, able to effectively convey instructions both verbally and through written documentation. 5. Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in a similar manufacturing setting. Job Type: Full-time Salary: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
