Vendor Development
Job Description
Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of quality materials/services.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to achieve long-term business growth.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
Conduct vendor audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards, UAE regulations, and international quality norms.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams for vendor approvals.
Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery timelines, responsiveness) and maintain vendor performance records.
Explore opportunities for local sourcing in UAE and GCC to reduce dependency on imports.
Support supply chain risk management and ensure continuity of supply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,212.00 - AED3,097.00 per month
