Vehicle Registration Officer

to manage the complete registration and documentation process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily vehicle registration processes at RTA and through online portals for other emirates. Upload VCCs and ensure accurate registration and issuance of number plates. Arrange vehicle passing for units as required, including previous-year models. Apply vehicle mortgages during registration for bank and in-house deals, when applicable. Verify registration cards and ensure completeness of all customer documentation. Coordinate with other branches for inter-emirate vehicle registrations. Resolve traffic fine issues and disputes, and clear blocking fines under the company's traffic file. Accurately calculate and apply registration fees, penalties, and fines. Maintain confidentiality of all payment details used during the registration process. Submit registration receipts and relevant documents promptly. Support customer satisfaction by strictly adhering to policies and providing professional communication throughout the registration process.

Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.

Experience:

Proven experience in vehicle registration within the UAE automotive industry.

Languages:

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong understanding of RTA and UAE-wide vehicle registration procedures. Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
