Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

To prospect and Purchase required vehicles at the right market price.
ensure that the vehicle inspection is accurately captured in Vehicle inspection form and the Value is driven appropriately
Should have UAE and EXPORT market Dealer Network . Get the right Price for the vehicle and Negotiate with the Customer.
Asses Local and Export market prices and purchase vehicles at the right Price. St Target Sale Price and Guide sales team to achieve targeted sale Price.
Manage the Buying Process of Used Cars including Vehicles Selection short t listing evaluation, negotiation and purchase decision.
Ability to manage team and achieve team targets and Goals
Liaison with tele sales team, Sales Team, Fleet operations team and administration team for a seamless Process.
Coordinate with 3rd Party Vendors / Suppliers / agencies / Fleet companies/ SMEs to increase our Purchase count and improving our Gross Profit .
Improvise Both Trade and Export market by onboarding dealers for specific target markets which in turn will improve our Gross profit.
Interfaces with Current used vehicle owners from multiple resources with the purpose of purchasing their vehicle.
Approaches greets and interfaces with OEM / Key Accounts /SME & Dealership Customers to appraise and offer Purchase their current vehicles.
Ensure that the customer is provided with a delightful experiences on every occasion
Coordinate with internal services center / Garage to determine the preparation Cost for the vehicles procured
Ensure The retail Purchased car preparation is matching the estimated preparation ( Mad Variance 10%) from their time of purchase .

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a used car purchaser in GCC
Must have UAE Driving License
Systems knowledge- MS office, Any CRM any ERP Mobile Apps
The Ability to plan and organize work and Set Priorities
Problem Solving Skills
Team Player and To build and manage a highly motivated team
The ability to work co operatively with others from a variety of functions and backgrounds

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
