Responsible for ensuring high-quality vehicle preparation standards by supervising Car Washers, managing workflow, maintaining inventory, overseeing yard operations, and ensuring smooth coordination with the vehicle preparation team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct random vehicle quality inspections each shift
Report discrepancies and ensure VPAs follow preparation standards
Update Huddle board and conduct pre-shift briefings
Manage production order, reconcile manifests, and ensure correct vehicle allocation
Prepare daily productivity reports and weekly summaries
Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and coordinate procurement
Record and analyze daily fuel consumption
Coordinate yard cleaning with facilities teams
Handle lost and found items per protocol
Manage ageing vehicles and DSM inventory accurately
Ensure correct vehicle transfer records and close NRTs daily
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Over 2 years of people management experience in logistics
Over 5 years of automotive industry experience
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
High emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability
Strong planning and organizational skills
