As a

Vehicle Performance Manager

, you will be responsible for managing

overall vehicle performance

across projects and ensuring the successful execution of

validation and homologation activities

. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee compliance with performance, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure overall vehicle project performance and validation activities Manage upgrade means (hardware and software) Lead Digital Review meetings and consolidate cross-functional results Approve and communicate reports; ensure all requirements are tested for the relevant build level Define, manage, and optimize the homologation planning Evaluate vehicle product safety and compliance Verify completion of all required validation and testing activities Manage fleet usage for validation and testing purposes Organize and prepare Safety Releases Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and departments

Qualifications

Master's degree (Bac +5)

in Engineering Strong communication skills in

French and English

Transversal management and coordination capabilities Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to work effectively under pressure Team-oriented mindset Strong negotiation and leadership skills Very good knowledge of

vehicle functions

Strong expertise in

vehicle functional testing

Proficiency in

root cause analysis

and problem-solving methodologies Good knowledge of

vehicle safety

standards and practices * Proficiency with tools such as:
