Northrop Grumman is in need of a Vehicle Transportation Fleet specialist for Al Mubarak, Kuwait
ROLES and RESPOSIBILITIES:
Will be responsible for the overall site Security Forces vehicle management support functions. The fleet is approx. 90 Vehicles with the majority on lease. They Transportation Fleet manager serves as a liaison for the transportation section on all vehicle issues. Interfacing with leasing companies and provide oversight of Vehicle issues to include maintenance. Will provide training for AFCENT Security Forces on Monitoring, identifying, scheduling and facilitating for vehicle related issues. Investigates and tracks vehicle abuse, accidents cases and recommends courses of action. Performs very minor maintenance on assigned Vehicles [ such as changing Vehicle light bulbs] and coordinates maintenance on leased vehicles . Will be responsible tracking vehicle usage, vehicle leases and assignment of Vehicles.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalence with a minimum of 4 years’ experience
- 4 -years’ experience, Vehicle Maintenance
- 1 year experience Fleet oversight
- Valid US Driver's License
- Active Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Air Force Vehicle maintenance career field or similar experience
Salary Range: $49,600.00 - $82,600.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
