We are looking for a motivated Van Salesman to drive sales of rice, oil, and spices to hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses (HORECA). The role involves visiting clients, managing orders, ensuring product delivery, and building strong customer relationships to maximize sales.
Key Responsibilities:
? Sales & Business Development:
Visit HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, catering) to promote and sell rice, oil, and spices.
Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
? Order & Delivery Management:
Take orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle customer inquiries.
Monitor stock levels in the van and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
? Customer Service & Retention:
Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Provide product information, pricing, and promotions to clients.
? Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports.
Follow company policies and sales procedures.
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Van Salesman or in FMCG sales (HORECA preferred).
? Valid UAE driver's license (mandatory).
? Strong negotiation and communication skills.
? Knowledge of rice, oil, and spices market is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary : 2500 + Commission
