Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Van Salesman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating an assigned sales van, promoting and selling our food products directly to customers across designated routes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely deliveries, and actively identifying new sales opportunities to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive a company-provided van to deliver and sell products to retail outlets and other clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Restock van with inventory and ensure all sales-related documentation is accurately completed.
Monitor product stock levels and report sales performance to the supervisor.
Ensure the van is maintained in good condition and follows all safety and traffic regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in van sales or a similar role.
Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle/Manual).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic math and accounting skills to manage daily sales transactions.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent.
