Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Salesperson to join our team, focusing on the sales and distribution of Filipino food products and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Filipino cuisine and culture, along with experience in the FMCG or retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell a wide range of Filipino foodstuff and FMCG products to retailers, restaurants, supermarkets, and specialty stores. Identify new sales opportunities and establish strong relationships with customers in the target market. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Market Knowledge

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the Filipino community and FMCG sector. Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.

Product Knowledge

Develop deep product knowledge to effectively present and promote items such as canned goods, snacks, beverages, sauces, frozen foods, and household FMCG items.

Requirements:

Proven experience in FMCG or foodstuff sales; experience with Filipino products is a strong advantage. UAE Driving license & Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Malyalam is a plus) Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Familiarity with the Filipino market and food culture. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if applicable). Fluency in English; knowledge of Filipino (Tagalog or other dialects) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with supermarkets, grocery stores, or foodservice businesses. Knowledge of distribution and merchandising techniques. Basic computer skills (MS Office, sales tracking tools).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
