Cash Van Salesmen (Driver-Sales)

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement, relationship building, and strategic negotiation.

This role requires a strong understanding of the complete sales cycle--from lead generation to closing--

specifically within the dairy sector

. The candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Duties

Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Utilise negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets while maintaining positive relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering product knowledge. Conduct cold calling efforts to identify potential leads and convert them into loyal customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies that drive sales initiatives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities for effective inventory management and reporting. Upsell products and services based on customer needs, enhancing their overall experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cash van sales within the dairy industry is mandatory.

Experience in dairy products such as milk, yogurt, juice, or chilled FMCG items is essential. Valid UAE driving license. Strong communication and customer service skills. Results-driven mindset with a positive and professional personality. Ability to manage routes, collections, and inventory efficiently. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic math skills for retail calculations, cash handling, and stock control. Understanding of sales and marketing principles is an added advantage.
