We are seeking an energetic, target driven, experienced Van Salesman with great customer relations skills to join our team. The main purpose of the role is to achieve sales targets, maintain excellent customer service and ensure timely deliveries and collections.
The role requires someone with excellent communications skills, route planning and hands-on field experience in UAE.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Identify new and prospective customers, educate, create awareness and activate them to increase numeric distribution.
- Organize and plan the routing to ensure optimum coverage in your assigned area.
- Be disciplined and honest in financial transactions and collection.
- To achieve sales, coverage, and distribution targets across TT, Retail and 5Gl channels.
- Plan and optimize routes, ensuring full market coverage, product availability, visibility.
- Build strong customer relationships, resolve issues and support trade promotions.
- Maintain, clean and keep the van in good condition by scheduling regular service appointments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Immediate joiners will be given a priority.
- Proven experience in sales or distribution, ideally in bottled water, food products, or related industries.
- Min. of 2 years of experience in van sales or delivery operations.
- Valid UAE driving license with good knowledge of local routes and safe driving practices.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to plan routes, deliveries, and collections efficiently.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle customer needs effectively.
- Confident, positive, and customer-focused attitude with a strong sales mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic tech knowledge to handle mobile apps, invoices, and sales tracking systems.
