Job Overview

We are seeking motivated, dynamic and goal-oriented Cash Van Salesmen who can also serve as drivers to join our fast-growing team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement, relationship building, and strategic negotiation. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on high-end products and services. The Salesperson will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Utilise negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets while maintaining positive relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering product knowledge. Conduct cold calling efforts to identify potential leads and convert them into loyal customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies that drive sales initiatives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities for effective inventory management and reporting. Upsell products and services based on customer needs, enhancing their overall experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cash van sales, preferably in dairy or juice products. Strong communication and customer service skills. A motivated, results-driven attitude with an outstanding personality. Valid UAE driving license. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. A solid understanding of marketing principles related to sales strategies is beneficial. Ability to perform basic math functions related to retail calculations and inventory management.
