Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication. Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals. Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and follow-up communications. Utilize phone etiquette to engage clients professionally and effectively. Negotiate terms of sale with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales techniques and improve overall performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience in outbound sales techniques, including cold calling. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results while maintaining customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively. A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
