Job Description

1. Basic Qualifications



Education - High school +

Experience - Prior experience in sales, van sales, or FMCG distribution is an advantage.

2. Valid Driver's License

- Must be eligible to drive a 3.5 ton vehicle

3. Skills & Competencies



Sales & Negotiation Skills - Ability to persuade customers and close deals.

Customer Service - Friendly, approachable, and able to build strong relationships.

Time Management - Efficient in planning daily routes and meeting targets.

Basic Math Skills - Able to calculate prices, discounts, and handle cash transactions.

4. Requirements



Ability to load/unload products and work long hours.

Knowledge of Routes & Markets - Familiarity with local areas and customer hotspots.

5. Sales Apps

- Comfortable using handheld devices for transactions.

Basic Record-Keeping - Ability to maintain sales reports and stock records.
