Job Title: Van Salesman Location: UAE Responsibilities: Work under pressure to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines. Visit existing customers to maintain and strengthen relationships, as well as establish connections with new customers. Possess a valid UAE driving license to operate the company van and ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. Utilize previous experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the company\'s products. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company, including sales volume and revenue objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market intelligence, using the provided CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, promotions, and marketing activities. Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques through continuous learning and training opportunities. Requirements: Previous experience as a van salesman in the FMCG industry. UAE driving license is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency. High school diploma or equivalent.
