Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Cash Van Salesman

to join our foodstuff distribution company in Abu Dhabi. The role involves direct sales and delivery of food products to supermarkets, groceries, and retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have prior FMCG experience, strong customer relationships, and the ability to achieve daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell and promote foodstuff products directly to retail outlets. Visit existing and new customers daily to take orders and expand sales. Load, unload, and deliver products safely and on time. Ensure goods are delivered in good condition. Collect payments from customers and handle company funds responsibly. Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and supermarket managers. Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Cash Van Sales role within the foodstuff/FMCG industry. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Strong customer network with supermarkets and groceries in Abu Dhabi. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and independently. Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks. Responsible and trustworthy in handling cash. Positive attitude and strong motivation to achieve results. Fluency in English and/or Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
