to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving the sales van, visiting assigned routes, promoting products, closing sales, managing stock, and maintaining positive customer relationships. This is a field-based role that requires strong selling skills and good knowledge of route sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the sales van across assigned routes and visit existing and potential customers.
Promote and sell company products to retail shops, supermarkets, and other outlets.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Load, unload, and manage stock in the van; ensure correct product display.
Deliver products and collect payments as per company policy (cash/cheque/invoice).
Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and stock levels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Identify new sales opportunities and expansion routes.
Ensure the van is clean, well-maintained, and follows safety standards.
Provide daily sales reports to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.
Required Qualifications & Skills
High School diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
Minimum 1-2 years of van sales experience .
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet sales targets.
Basic math skills for handling invoices and payments.
Physically fit and able to lift boxes/products when required.
Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
