Van Salesperson - Curtain Motors & Rails

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented

Van Salesperson

to promote and sell our range of

curtain motors, tracks, rails, and accessories

directly to retail shops, interior designers, contractors, and end-users. The ideal candidate will operate a company sales van, manage on-the-road sales activities, and maintain excellent customer relationships while meeting sales targets and ensuring brand visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a company sales van and visit existing and potential customers daily. Promote and sell curtain motors, curtain rails/tracks, and related fittings. Demonstrate product features, provide quotations, and process orders on the spot. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business. Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage within assigned territory. Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, deliveries, and customer feedback. Ensure the sales van is stocked, clean, and well-organized with updated product samples and promotional materials. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management. Collect payments and ensure timely remittance as per company policy. Provide after-sales support, coordinate with the technical team for installations or service issues. Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in

van sales

, preferably in the

home furnishing, curtain accessories, or automation industry

. Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about curtain motors, tracks, and installation systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Valid driving license with a clean record. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude. Basic computer and mobile app literacy for order processing and reporting. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage. Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in field or van sales roles. Experience in the

curtain, blinds, home decor, or hardware

sectors is highly desirable.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
