Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned retail outlets daily and take customer orders accurately.
Recommend appropriate product quantities based on stock levels and customer needs.
Ensure correct product visibility, display, and merchandising at outlets.
Promote new products and offers to clients in traditional market segments.
Handle order collection, returns, and coordination with delivery team.
Manage product freshness by monitoring expiry dates and stock rotation (FIFO).
Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the sales supervisor.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to increase repeat business.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Pre-Salesman in the FMCG sector.
Prior experience working in Sharjah
traditional markets
is
mandatory
.
Experience handling
dairy or short shelf-life items
.
Good knowledge of order booking processes and merchandising standards.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Familiarity with handheld devices for order processing is a plus.
UAE manual driving license
