Key Responsibilities
Pick up daily meal orders from the company's kitchen or distribution center.
Deliver meals to customers' homes, offices, or designated drop-off points following
assigned routes and schedules.
Ensure meals are transported under proper temperature and hygiene conditions
(hot/cold chain compliance).
Verify order accuracy before delivery and obtain necessary customer signatures or
confirmations.
Handle meal bags or containers carefully to prevent damage or spillage.
Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and report any maintenance or safety
issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, kitchen staff, and customers regarding
delivery updates or issues.
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Provide professional and courteous service to all clients, representing the
company's values.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid driver's license (with a clean driving record).
Proven experience as a delivery driver (experience in food delivery is an advantage).
Familiarity with GPS systems, route planning, and local areas.
Basic understanding of food safety and handling procedures.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit and able to handle meal boxes or bags.
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Should be able to read and write English.
