Job Description

Safely operate company van for transporting goods, equipment, and staff. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of staff to/from designated locations as scheduled. Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and road safety regulations. Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring items are properly handled to avoid damage. Verify quantity and condition of items before and after delivery. Conduct daily inspection of the van (oil, water, tires, brakes, lights, fuel, etc.). Keep the vehicle clean, both inside and outside. Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately to the supervisor. Ensure timely servicing and maintenance of the vehicle. Maintain accurate delivery and trip logs, including staff transportation records. Collect delivery receipts, invoices, or other required documents. Obtain signatures from recipients to confirm delivery. Provide support in shifting, lifting, and arranging goods at the workplace or client premises. Assist colleagues or supervisors in warehouse/store activities when required. Support in packaging, labeling, or organizing goods for dispatch. Interact politely and professionally with staff, clients, and customers during trips or deliveries. Handle goods carefully to maintain customer satisfaction and company reputation. Follow company rules, dress code, and maintain good personal hygiene. Ensure confidentiality and security of company property. Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor or management.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
